Very pleased with the process of leasing a unit from out of state. The staff made it so easy to do long distance and were extremely friendly and helpful! We are setting up a condo and needed help with receiving deliveries and placing in our storage unit. I called several places but none of them offered quite what I was looking for. Really happy I found Extra Space - just what I needed! Annie the office manager was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Kiera was on top of things and even called when an outside unit became available so we wouldn't miss out if we wanted it. When we came in person we met Lynn - very friendly and gave us some helpful local information. Highly, Highly, Highly recommend!!
