Their customer service is top level and you feel like family. The storage spaces have been clean and they have been very good at providing clear directions so that even my daughter, who had never rented a storage unit before last year, knew exactly what to do! Safety was also a concern, and their facilities are very safe and well lit. We will definitely use them again!
