Heather and Jackie at the Glenn's Bay Rd store greeted me as soon as I opened the door. Smiling, friendly and ready to help. Heather asked the necessary questions, then they walked with me to the rental unit. Explained the fees and insurance, etc. She answered every question I had without hesitation. I love when people know their job like the back of their hand. We walked back, went through a five minute contract then Heather walked me through the sign in process and set-up for gate access. We joked, laughed and got everything done in less than a half hr. I'm on my way home relieved of a lot of stress. You've got a great employee! Thank you Heather and Jackie too. See you soon!
