Exceptional Experience
From the moment I booked my storage unit online, the entire process with Extra Space Storage was seamless! The online booking was incredibly easy, and being able to use the app to open the gate made accessing my unit so convenient.
But what really impressed me was opening my unit and finding a welcome bag waiting for me. That small personal touch made such a big impression and showed that they genuinely care about their customers.

I received a phone call regarding some administrative problems with my units and I had go down to the location. It was an inconvenience because I was out of area and coming from another County which was another trip I had add to my schedule. I was expecting more delays. To my surprise I was greeted and comfortable met with these employees, Jeff & Terri were great they were extremely caring and professional and had everything prepared for me. Very Professional. Well done!
