- ZZZachary2 days ago5.0Heather is very professional, especially when i arrived i could immediately tell the facility is well cared for -Clean, no bugs, no rodents or evidence of, pretty quiet especially being so close to 17. never had any gate issues. I love the Bluetooth entry and exit and it's always effortless getting through hallways, elevators. I couldn't believe how low of a rate! Nobody can beat that! never expected such a high service level for a storage facility. Sofar I have gone without incident and feel secure in knowing my valuables are in good hands. There is relief knowing there is one less thing I have to worry about. Thanks guys!

We had quite a few questions regarding storing our belongs for 7 months during the process of selling our home in Florida and having a new home built in Myrtle Beach. Our first call was answered immediately by Heather who was very professional, friendly and helpful. We so appreciated her time and patience to educate us about the ⁰options, pricing , etc and answered every question we had. When we later called to coordinate details for our movers delivering our belongings, Kierra provided the same exceptional service. Both employees made the process stress-free and left us feeling very happy we chose Extra Space.

Highly recommend this location for both price and customer service!
