  I used Coastal Surface Solutions to resurface/paint my driveway. Everyone involved was very professional and easy to talk to. A detailed estimate was done, and their price was very competitive. The crew showed up each day on time and got right to it, power wash, prep, two coats of concrete stain and a sealer. The finished product looks great.   Driveway resurfaced, spent $6,000.00 and have nothing but problems. My pipes burst out at the end of driveway, and got the rust on the surface. I called to have it repaired where it was rusty color at the end of driveway and street. They showed up, the man that was in charge was stoned, I asked him if he was ok to do the work, he responded I can do it with my eyes closed. He and another guy continued and finished the job. At first it looked okay, but not long it was getting discolored spots where water was laying in low areas actually making white circles on my driveway, then within the year it stated to peel! I called and supposedly the half owner came when it was just a small spot peeling, I did call and was told twice he was in the hospital or his relative was in the hospital. Now a couple of weeks ago finally someone showed up and I guess they repaired it but by now it had cracked all the way across my entire driveway. It looks terrible, well today the half owner finally showed up and informed me my warranty had expired, I wonder had it expired when he came out and ignored me? I don’t know, today he tells me I need new concrete because my driveway had cracks when they originally resurfaced it, not $8,000.00 later! He claims he has medical training but said I should have called him to report his guy was high, why couldn’t he tell with his training, where it was obvious I could tell. The product has a very strong smell, would make me high like in school when we got fresh copied papers. This was the first job of the day so he should have not been stoned! The other guy that was with him told me after that he had gone back with his old girlfriend and they were again. He no longer works for them and I’m sure that’s why! The last thing I will say before you spend your money, just know this, if your driveway has stress cracks or basic cracks from wear and tear, this product isn’t for you! I’m enclosing pictures of what they call repair! Their products suck and so does their follow-up when there’s a problem! I feel I wasted $8,000.00 and that I hurts. Donna ( A very disappointed customer) I’ll respond to your comments! I am responding to their comments, basically you can choose to believe me or them, I hope you make the right choice. Now I am in the process of hiring a company that knows what they are doing and stands behind their product and service! I’ve looked at their recent pictures of drive ways and believe me mine do not look anything like mine, there’s no definition to the spaces where the stress cracks are at all! I think they had the wrong employee doing my particular job and probably another reason he no longer works there! I’m moving on and correcting this huge waste of money! I did pay an additional $2,000.00 for where the pipes burst at the end of the driveway, but it still has nothing to do with the white water spots on entire driveway!

  Had a block fire pit before I had the patio surfaced. 2 years later I removed the block fire pit for one I could move around. Had the area surfaced where the block fire pit was on the patio. Coastal surface solutions did a fabulous job. The area resurfaced blends in do good with the original surface you can't tell where the original block fire pit was removed.

  Received 4 quotes for garage, screen porch, and front door area and they came in the lowest. 5 stars for this entire crew - great communication for each phase and employees were helpful and professional in all aspects of the job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!!
