I have been a loyal customer for years and have paid of some items I even have a contract on a laptop now with only 3 or 4 payments left on it but my TV broke yesterday and I decided to go through Aaron's to get a new but was turned down I don't know why so I called and got the displeasure of dealing with the rudest woman ever who told me that she wasn't going to tell me why and that it was at her discretion to do so.I told her that since she was like this I would like to get out of the contract that I currently have even with only a few payments left . She then told me and I quote "I or Aaron's do not care what you want" unquote. Come on people this is no way to treat a loyal customer.

New Sales manager never called me back. GM didn't either. I guess I'll have to have the Conway location continue to care for my families needs.
