- DGDeb GrayJun 19, 20261.0I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the Murrells Inlet store. I went into return floral items. I did ask if it was too late to return my items. I was told I could return them by the cashier and then another woman came forward and said she had to check. I had to wait while the manager and the associates at another register had to hug visit with another guest. I get it but to have me wait and then walk over - so rudely said it’s past 90 days that’s why I had to check. I didn’t want the money back, I wanted a store credit. They still stock the floral items I wanted to return. Once I told the second woman I wanted a store credit her response was “oh well.” Great customer service. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Hobby Lobby over the years and my disappointment in this store is immense. I will never shop at this an inconsiderate Hobby Lobby again.

- TTTiffanyJun 2, 20262.0I had a terrible shopping experience at this store. Despite being clean and organized(which is expected for a new store), the employees were incredibly unfriendly. I had a few employees stare at my children and I. Even roll their eyes and cross their arms at us while we were shopping. My children are well behaved, so I’m not sure if they just don’t like children or have an issue with our skin color, but not once did anyone ask if I needed help. I witnessed others being given time of day, but not me. I’m not usually one to rant, but even my children acknowledged the unfair treatment. When checking out, I didn’t get a “hello” or “found everything you’re looking for”, but I was greeted with eye rolls and my total was… will not be shopping here again.
