  Bennet was exceptional. I only waited 20 mins and he opened the door in 30 seconds. He even helped me change my key fob battery. Exceptional service!!!!

  We asked for a replacement door latch for an exterior door that had a locking door latch and deadbolt. I was disappointed to return home and find that it was replaced with an interior door latch, at the suggestion of the locksmith. He first asked if we had ever considered using only a latch with no key. He went on to say that the deadbolt was doing the work. He continued to say the his own home had only deadbolts. My husband listened to him and allowed him to do this, but that is not what we requested when we asked for his services. The quality of the work is fine, but the result is not what I expected nor wanted. Research shows that a double lock does provide an additional level of security. There was no need for him to suggest any type of modification of the verbal request at the time of service.
