Lowe’s did not call me back when they said they would. Also the 3rd party delivery company they use is terrible, blatantly lying that they called me and then skipped my house. Plus they were supposed to deliver between 8am and 12pm. NOT!! And a no show! Just so crappy to the customer.

This place is terrible. No one in the store wants to do anything. I go to look at cabinets and no one will help me. I got to leave and then they want to act like they are interested in helping. I asked about a tool on my last trip and the guy just said it’s over that way and pointed towards the plumbing. We thanks Guy I know where it’s generally located. I can’t find it in that section. Two trips and left empty handed twice. You would have better luck pulling on on job sites and asking to borrow tools then go the this Lowe’s and get help buying them.

Your garbage online ordering system charged me $1,600 for a $900 order. Put my account negative, cost me three overdraft fees and made me have to use my credit cards which I now have to pay interest on for every purchase that I make. And I also was not able to pay my workers because you guys literally robbed all my money and I called three of your stores and talked to three managers who were extremely rude about every single bit of it and did absolutely nothing to help me. I would never recommend shopping at the store even if your life dependent on it.

Worst Lowe's trip ever the other day! Asked one employee where something was and was told it was on the other end of the store. Got there couldn't find it so I asked another employee. Was sent back to the other side of the store. Got there and again couldn't find it. 3rd employee told me it was not sold in the store... At least I got my exercise in! Come on educate your employees to at least know where things are. I wasn't asking how anything worked just where to find it and they failed humorously!
