  Just stopped at Lowes for a specific item. 30 large end caps for closet shelving. This item sold in a combo pack of 84 pieces. Didn't say specifically how many of each size. The first Employee I asked, "how many of each size?" She told me since there were 84 pieces there was probably 42 of each. But if I wanted to know for sure I should see Steve in aisle 37. When I asked the person at the help desk, he looked at me like I was wasting his time. His answer was to shake the package and you can see there are quite a few. Not exactly the answer I was looking for. He then stated the only way he would know is if he opened the package, which he could not do. Seriously poor customer service. I have to drive 45 miles to get to your location I will think twice about coming back!

  This review is for Lowe’s Home Appliance Dept specifically ~we purchased a 4 French door fridge from Kevin there whom could not have been more helpful~he was the best! Very honest about product info and efficient which isn’t something you often find @ Lowe’s~ sadly~Though we had to schedule delivery 2 weeks out we still pulled the trigger~on delivery day Tuesday The guys that delivered were very nice but there was a language barrier and they had not been properly trained on how to level the French doors on this particular refrigerator~tho they did give it a shot~went over to Lowe’s and spoke to Crystal (appliance mgr) and kevin who arranged for someone to come out or if not repaired put in an exchange for fridge~after some miscommunication for the next 4 days of tech showing up & not showing up~Was able to get back in touch with Kevin via text when he was scheduled back @ work and he and Tonya were able to make this happen on Saturday~so @ this point not a 5 star experience but the bonus of KEVIN always being available to follow up With us via call or text was the game changer! The two guys that showed up Saturday (one from Tues) and his older brother Yusuf were great! Yusuf was very knowledgeable and knew just the adjustments to make~he was also teaching his younger brother! It takes some time to get these doors adjusted but Lowe’s needs to do itself a favor and put a person with the delivery that knows how to do the installation rather than just random assignments of deliveries~seems to me the warehouse has some issues that need to be addressed~however these 2 brothers were exceptional! And thru the entire process Kevin was following up With us to be sure it all went smoothly! So if you are @ this Lowe’s in MTP by Town Center go see Kevin if you need assistance with a home appliance~you won’t be disappointed~ As for getting anyone to Answer the phone in appliance ~might not happen tried for hours and on hold left message no cigar so best bet to get individual number of associate helping you to contact them directly when you make a purchase~if it had not been for Kevin it would have totally fallen apart! So this 5 stars is specifically for this purchase and experience not Lowe’s overall! Kevin needs to be one of the Appliance managers there from what I experienced~he cares and can make things happen! Thank you!

  Poor customer service. Associates slow to render assistance across multiple departments. Additionally, if you contract for a specific product (to include install), be prepared to reschedule and in our case, hold on to the product without subsequent install due to poor scheduling and unprepared install technicians. Go elsewhere if you are looking for efficient and quality service. Also, the flock cameras need to go.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a GE dishwasher from Lowe's. We purchased a brand-new GE dishwasher on **May 4**, and it was delivered on **May 22**. Less than a month later, on **June 24**, the dishwasher completely stopped working. I contacted the warranty company, and a technician finally came out on **July 6**. They incorrectly diagnosed the problem as an electrical issue. To rule that out, we hired a licensed electrician at our own expense, who came on **July 9** and confirmed there was absolutely **no electrical problem**. I called the warranty company again, and another technician came out on **July 13**. Since that visit, we have heard absolutely nothing from the repair company. We have been left without a working dishwasher for over a month, despite purchasing a brand-new appliance just weeks earlier. It is unacceptable that a new dishwasher failed so quickly, was misdiagnosed, cost us additional money for an electrician, and still has not been repaired. Lowe's sells these products and should stand behind them by ensuring customers receive prompt service when something goes wrong. I expected much better customer service and support from Lowe's. Instead, we've been passed between the warranty company and repair service with no resolution. I will think twice before purchasing another major appliance from Lowe's.
