  Mel was fantastic! Extremely attentive, very knowledgeable and was willing to explain all of the ins and outs of the product. Most importantly Mel was not pressuring us to buy anything but was completely willing to assist us with what we were looking for. A great experience! We ended up buying a sectional and a Lovesac bean bag. We are super excited. Thanks Mel you're an all star!

  My partner and our roommate are SO excited to get a Sactional! Honestly I was originally a little on the fence about getting the "Stealth Tech" package added (I love good audio AND I'm very picky about it) so I went down to the Showroom to give it a test myself and learn some info about the sound system. I left that store KNOWING I would be adding the Stealth Tech package to our order, I am familiar with Harman Kardon (I've owned a set or two in the past and I've been dying to get a Sound Sticks speaker set) and am pleased with not only the superb audio quality (yet again, Harman Kardon... no surprise there) but with just how easy it was to customize and rearrange the setup In-arm wireless charging is soooo handy, plus the drivers are even tuned to the individual fabrics so they offer optimal sound clarity and quality, and that sub... Ohh mama she kicks. I originally came into the showroom with a negative mindset and the idea that I'd probably NOT end up getting a LoveSac -- However Jake, Mel and the rest of his team have all been ROCKSTARS and deserve some serious props. Suuuuper duper helpful and charismatic, it seems to me that the team GENUINELY enjoys and believes in the quality of the furniture they are selling... and THAT is what sold me on getting a LoveSec. Not all the cool tech, or the comfortable and customizable aspect of almost every part of the sofa, nor the lifetime warranty on the hardware. It was the team and just how much they actually love the product and how EASY they made the whole experience. ... I will say all that other stuff I listed DEFINITELY helped too. (I do plan on updating this review with photos in the future after our Sactional arrives.)

  Show room great. Ordered sectional couch with table and was told it would be delivered to our home. It was delivered alright...35 boxes on our front porch. Every single item had a box. And the material we picked...totally separate and having to find what matched which box. Nothing at all together and after 2 of us working for 4 hours we had 2 sectionals covered but not put together. Then we discover they didn't deliver all of the covers. So in the past 3 days we have had 42 boxes Sat at our front door with no assistance. My wife discovered today that we are still missing covers for parts of our sectional couch. This has been the worst experience I have ever had (and I'm 60) it is truly unbelievable!! We are going to send the crap back and Im wondering if they want it in the 45 boxes it to send this crap to us?! Do not order from them as their show room is great but the rest sux!!

  I have heard amazing reviews about Lovesac from friends. I love the idea of being able to upgrade pieces if we want to in the future or change the colors if needed in the future. I was looking online and wanted to see them in person so we took a 2 hour trip out to meet with Jake and his team and I have to say how amazing they were. We went there thinking we were going to be there for hours, but Jake made everything so easy we were in and out before we even knew it. They were so knowledgable about their products it made it so easy to find the perfect material and set up. I can't wait to get these couches in and set up!

  I’ve been looking for a couch that’ll actually last more than a few years.. something durable and modular, but also comfy! I am so glad Lovesac is finally local! Jake and his team in Mount Pleasant were super helpful and made it easy to find exactly what I wanted this weekend. No pressure, just a great experience. So happy with my purchase. Thank you!!
