  I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews regarding setup and quality. I found it surprisingly easy to assemble and put the covers on. It arrives in multiple boxes- you customize and order each piece, so I wouldn’t expect it to come assembled like a showroom display lol. Although, this is totally a service they should sell! In regard to comfort, it definitely gets better with time. I saw someone mention wanting to return theirs after 48 hours, but it takes longer than that for the cushions to even fill out. I’ve had mine for about a week now, and it’s only gotten more comfortable each day!! The couches in the showroom take a beating, so if they’re still THAT comfortable after wear and tear; take my money. Also StealthTech completelyyyy sold me. I’ll never go back to a traditional soundbar or surround sound setup after experiencing it. Zero regrets. Jake made the entire process easy and comfortable from start to finish, never making me feel pressured. We absolutely love our Lovesac and couldn’t be happier with the experience and product!!!

  This is overpriced IKEA. Wouldn''t reccomend, sending mine back ater less than 48hrs. They don't send what they have at the showroom. The back cushions don't even fill the back out completely.

  Fantastic service! Fast delivery. I can’t speak highly enough for the people who work there and we love our Lovesac. We added to our Lovesac that was 5 years old and the new and the old fabric look the same. There is no fading even after washing!! Easy to put together!!

  Mel was fantastic! Extremely attentive, very knowledgeable and was willing to explain all of the ins and outs of the product. Most importantly Mel was not pressuring us to buy anything but was completely willing to assist us with what we were looking for. A great experience! We ended up buying a sectional and a Lovesac bean bag. We are super excited. Thanks Mel you're an all star!

  My partner and our roommate are SO excited to get a Sactional! Honestly I was originally a little on the fence about getting the "Stealth Tech" package added (I love good audio AND I'm very picky about it) so I went down to the Showroom to give it a test myself and learn some info about the sound system. I left that store KNOWING I would be adding the Stealth Tech package to our order, I am familiar with Harman Kardon (I've owned a set or two in the past and I've been dying to get a Sound Sticks speaker set) and am pleased with not only the superb audio quality (yet again, Harman Kardon... no surprise there) but with just how easy it was to customize and rearrange the setup In-arm wireless charging is soooo handy, plus the drivers are even tuned to the individual fabrics so they offer optimal sound clarity and quality, and that sub... Ohh mama she kicks. I originally came into the showroom with a negative mindset and the idea that I'd probably NOT end up getting a LoveSac -- However Jake, Mel and the rest of his team have all been ROCKSTARS and deserve some serious props. Suuuuper duper helpful and charismatic, it seems to me that the team GENUINELY enjoys and believes in the quality of the furniture they are selling... and THAT is what sold me on getting a LoveSec. Not all the cool tech, or the comfortable and customizable aspect of almost every part of the sofa, nor the lifetime warranty on the hardware. It was the team and just how much they actually love the product and how EASY they made the whole experience. ... I will say all that other stuff I listed DEFINITELY helped too. (I do plan on updating this review with photos in the future after our Sactional arrives.)
