Customer service was excellent during the first month after opening, which is one of the main reasons I continued coming back and spending my money here. Unfortunately, over the past few months, the experience has changed quite a bit. It has become increasingly difficult to find help when needed, and it often feels like many of the employees are more focused on socializing with each other than assisting customers.
As someone who has spent a good amount of money here and genuinely wanted to support this business, it’s disappointing to see the level of customer service decline so quickly. A welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff go a long way, especially for returning customers who choose to shop here regularly.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I believe honest feedback is important and hopefully this can help bring attention to the issue. At this point, as much as I hate to say it, I’ll be taking my business to local competitors until I start seeing improvements in customer service and overall customer attention.

Clean store, with great staff, suffering from poor management. Keeping some of the doors locked from the outside while the store is open makes customers feel unwelcome before they even step inside. Also, having two cashiers watch as I am the only person in the self checkout line, and then making me come back inside because a security tag to not get deactivated while I was checking out, even though both cashiers watched me pay for everything really makes the customer feel untrusted and unwanted. Both of those are management issues.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
