From the moment you walk in, they treat you like family and truly care about making your experience easy and stress-free. The facility is always clean, well-kept, and in a great location. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore. I highly recommend Extra Storage to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and friendly storage facility!

I arrived about 15 minutes before closing time. The manager (Terri) was not only very polite She was determined to help me find what I needed. We had a few glitches in terms of what might be available. Terri stayed after closing time to help me find exactly what I needed. The extra effort really paid off after she asked me a few questions. I would personally rate her services as Way above average. She mentioned she actually loves her job which you rarely hear from employees anywhere nowadays. This made me feel good about where I was renting as well as who’s managing the facility. I would recommend extra space as well as Terri For all of your needs.
