What an absolute joke. Lashayla has the worst attitude for working in customer service. Truck rentals are horrible between food, dirt, and cigarette smell in the cab. If you want better service go to Lowes in lexington or shop at home depot. Jon the store manager was a pleasant to make a bad situation a positive one. R s turnaround take forever and appeara they dont like to do returns. Overall what an absolute nightmare.

Rude staff in receiving hung up on wife twice. Staff told us last night a delivery could be coordinated into our garage, that the delivery driver would coordinate this, but this morning we were told otherwise. We literally would have to sit outside our home and catch the driver during a 12 hour window to get heavy tile placed in our garage, because otherwise, it would be left out in the rain on the property. The manager Thad was flippant and rude. He said he couldn't do anything to help us but cancel the order. This is the rude customer service disabled people get at Lowes! My wife has debilitating lupus and I'm on crutches, and their delivery service accomodates no one. The management take no responsibility and are rude. We will be leaving a formal complaint at corporate. Managers should be able to coordinate deliveries, not act like they don't give a rip. And, Thad truly doesn't care in the least that we won't be shopping at Lowes again.

My son in law bought a lawn mower, a John Deere. S 100? We couldn't pick it up on Sunday when we were there. So, we had to pick it up on Monday, which was a pain. They said they had to check it out and make sure everything was okay. We pick it up, we bring it home. And it does not start. We call, they said, please bring it back. And we'll exchange it.Well they did not have another one like it. So they put a battery on it, and it cranked right up. if you were gonna check this before we picked it up. Why was it not cranked to make sure it was working? good question, huh?
Needless to say, we were not happy to make 2 trips for a nearly $3000 purchase. Lowe's you can do better.

I really wanted to give this store a higher rating because there are definitely some positives, but my experience in the plumbing department has been consistently frustrating.
The biggest issue is finding plumbing parts. It seems like many items are either not in the correct location or are very difficult to find. What should be a quick trip for a fitting or repair part often turns into a long search, and I’ve had to ask multiple employees before finally locating what I needed. I understand that plumbing parts can be difficult to organize, but this department could definitely use better organization.
On the positive side, the outdoor team has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help, and they deserve recognition for the job they do. I also think the updated returns area is a great improvement—it’s fast, convenient, and makes that part of the shopping experience very easy.
I hope the plumbing department can become better organized because Lowe’s has the potential to provide a much better shopping experience. I’d be happy to update my rating if I start seeing improvements.
