  The service and knowledge of products was fantastic. We enjoyed the design process (free) . Being able to see the products in your space was really cool and which helped us make decisions easier especially with fabrics and leather colors. I highly recommend this store and our salesman (Darby) who was absolutely terrific. We haven’t received our furniture just yet but if our initial experience so far is any indication we can’t wait for our furniture to arrive.

  I had a great visit to this La-Z-Boy and Sherri was very helpful showing me options for my new furniture! It was delivered that same week and I took an amazing recliner nap right after the delivery team left! Thank you, La-Z-Boy!

  Had an excellent experience with LaZBoy! They have a lot of options and good prices. Jeremy and was an excellent salesman and was patient, helpful, and never pushy. Dana, our interior designer, has great taste, great skills, and was easy and fun to work with. I highly recommend this place and genuinely enjoyed my experience!

  Horrible ! We spent 10k on furniture here. Purchased an additional fabric warranty that supposedly covered everything imaginable. Even after we were assured that the “performance” fabric was kid and life friendly (by salesman DARBY) after less than a year of normal use it was not. We had it professionally cleaned to the standards as directed by lazy boy and the warranty company and still had unexplained stains. We tried to claim this under the warranty that we were told would cover any and all things. After jumping thru a million hoops, all claims were denied. The salesman DARBY. falsely claimed the fabric would fit the needs of our family and after attempting to get help from the salesman and manager we have been continuously lied to and avoided. We since have had to buy new furniture and still owe 6 grand on what we purchased from LaZBoy. Stay clear of here. If I had a recommendation it would be Marty rays in lexington.

  Darby greeted us at the door and was the ideal salesman. He showed us around the store, answered all of our questions and then let us wander around the store without crowding us or making us feel "watched". We excited to have our chair delivered next week! I highly recommend Darby at the Lazyboy Furniture Showroom in Lexington SC.
