"I have been a customer at the Extra Space Storage on Northpoint Drive for a year and a half. The facility is always exceptionally clean, and my climate-controlled unit keeps my belongings perfectly protected. Recently, my rent was raised to a point where I couldn't afford it and was actively looking for another place to move. Thankfully, Chris went completely above and beyond to help me keep my items here. He bent over backwards to adjust the rate to a price I could afford, saving me from a difficult move.
