When i furst hit there, i needed hrlp n after bring tild the office is , 24 hours, no one was there n there was no kiosk to contact a person. And there was ko person to talk to at the 800 number. I left a message for the manager when he got in, he called me back even before they opened!! Heexplained everything to me

Earl was great extremely friendly very professional he was able to answer all my questions and get me a storage spot with ease. It was nice to actually talk to a person not a computer. The facility is clean and paved no rocks and holes everywhere lol.
