  I was referred to All Safe Storage and I'm so glad I went by. I was greeted with a welcome and smiles. The office smelled so fresh and clean and both ladies were very polite and professional, they answered all my questions. I will definitely be back to rent a unit.

  The new staff is rude and care less about customer satisfaction. Also, I saw a huge cockroach in the unit. I transferred from a large unit to a smaller one and their specials only apply to new tenants. Finally, they make you pay admin fees and rental insurance for your stuff. The previous office staff were friendly to tenants. The new people are not.

  Came in to rent a unit and I can't say enough about the Manager Cristina. She helped me get into 10x20 at a nice rate, she's very professional in all aspects of customer service. I will recommend anyone looking for storage to stop by All Safe Storage and speak to Cristina.

  I will never use their services again. I called to make a payment and was advised that my unit had been sold in auction.. what ! How?! You usually get a notification or some sort to let you know auction is happening and when you need to pay by to secure your unit. I received nothing but the receipt letting me know I needed ti make a payment and how much. I called last month and no one advised me that my things were in auction or let me know anything! I’m not even in their systems anymore, who knew.. I never even knew ! I spoke with the regional manager and there was no compassion or empathy, just standard unfortunately, and there’s nothing we can do now since it was last month ! If I had the information last month, I wouldn’t be here trying to figure out what’s going on ! I’m reading over all rental information and agreements, got my lawyer and filing and heading to court, I wouldn’t ever bypass something as important.. I had sentimental items in that unit.. and no one reached out. If I could no stars could be an option.. what makes it worse I was only moved in for 4 months..
