- KSKathleen Saunders5 days ago5.0Everyone who works here is absolutely delightful and so kind. I stopped in to inquire about river rocks on a whim. I was honest that I had a lot of limitations including budget and for that reason I would need to load myself in separate trips. Karen could not have been more helpful from the second I walked in. It did not matter that I wasn’t spending a lot of money and I was doing everything DIY. And every time I came to load, a nice gentleman or two would show up next to my pallet and help me load. It took me a few weeks to take time off from work and a friend to help me with some larger rocks. Karen was kind enough to call me if they moved my pallet in the meantime. On my last trip, the gentleman and I were casually loading and he informed me that this location is the busiest in all of North American. I was astounded especially because each time I was there I was treated like a five star customer and top spender. They’ve won me over for life!

How do I create an online account?
To create an online account, complete the Request an Account form in the top right corner of the screen. You'll need your SiteOne customer number. If you are not currently a SiteOne customer and would like to become one, please contact us by calling 1-800-SITEONE (1-800-748-3663).
Are all of your products available online?
Yes, the majority of our products are online. If you are looking for an item and cannot find it, you can add a note on your order when you check out or contact us.
What do I do if I cannot find what I'm looking for?
Please contact your local branch. If you are placing an order with other items, you can include a message to the branch with your order.
How do I place an order?
To place an order online, log-in, confirm your selected branch, and then add products to your cart. Once you have added items to your cart, then move to checkout. You may place an order for pickup or delivery.
I placed an order and would like to know the status.
You can see order status on the Open Orders and the Order History pages in the Account Dashboard. This will include all orders, not just those placed online. For more details on a pending order, please contact your selected branch.
How does the Buy Online, Pick Up in Branch process work?
When ordering online, select a SiteOne branch location for Pick Up. You’ll get an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, and an Order Ready notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Is local delivery available when I buy online?
SiteOne offers local delivery on most orders within 60 miles of the branch. A delivery charge may apply
What if I need to return an item that I ordered?
To return any items, bring your order receipt with you to the SiteOne branch location where you picked up your order. Please refer to SiteOne’s current https://www.siteone.com/returns for details.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?
For pick up, please bring a government-issued photo ID and your order number or the Order Ready notification email.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pick up?
Your order will remain available for a maximum of seven days from the first time you receive an Order Ready notification email. Orders not claimed after seven days may be subject to cancellation.

When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an Order Ready notification email, which will include instructions for picking up your order.
