I went to Lowe’s for an amazing July 4th promotion on a garage door motor. At first, I had a little trouble finding the right product, but the staff was very helpful. They guided me to the correct location and answered all of my questions.
I was also able to get the promotion for a free keypad camera, which was a great bonus. If you’re interested, I’d recommend getting it before the deal is gone.
Great staff, great service, and definitely a 5-star experience.

This is review on the Lowe's estimate for flooring, not the store. Two people show up, in two separate vehicles, park directly in front of my mailbox, and proceeded to walk up my long, steep front lawn. I specifically told the rep to park in the driveway when she texted she's heading over.
As they approach I was told one Loews rep is here to observe. Wearing a Lowe's vest with badge " customer service", I was curious why he was sent. I noticed he was a bit rude, eyes looking around my house while the estimate went on.
Strange situation having one person from a company come for the estimate while another stands around doing absolutely nothing, and leaned with hand on my living room wall! After the estimate they ignored the cement walkway and took the lawn route. Then stood in front of my house talking another 20 minutes. My dog started barking, and they completely ignored the polite prompt to move on. they were oblivious.⁉️

This has been my home store for 8 years now. I have had some frustrating situations here. However that had seemed to change for me specifically.
Matt the store manager dealt with our situation and handled it with true customer service and care for the clients situation.
Some of the assistant managers need to learn more from Matt but I do seem to think he is leading the way in showing them problem solving.
As a customer who spends a ton of money with Lowe’s through my own business. I can honestly say the way Matt handled our situation was expert level customer service going above and beyond.
