Process was really easy getting into a unit and super affordable to start compared to others I’ve seen. I also loved how clean the facility was and how accessible everything is. They exceeded my standards starting off, and I have very high hopes for the continuation of my time using their service!

Called ahead about storing a car.
They gave me The measurements and let me know it was a 10 x 20 meaning it was 10 feet wide 20 feet ahead/deep. However, when I got there the Concrete post in front of the garage door were set too far in. The 10 foot wide space that they have spoken to me about was now 7 1/2 to 7 and three-quarter feet based on the space taken up by the concrete pillars placed in front of the garage door not aligned with the door. When I asked the employee about it and she was rude and disrespectful, which gave me the impression that other people had pointed this out to her. I simply asked her if she could call and see if there was a space somewhere else because clearly there was a flaw with this one. She became irate rude disrespectful, and when I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager!!! I guess meaning that there was no one above her. The experience was interesting. I will post more if they do not call me back in 24-48hrs. The lesson is just go first and see if you're able to view the space. I was under the impression that 10 feet meant 10 feet but that is not always the case. Hence the photo!! My first review was deleted. The photo clearly shows the offset pillar at the very first Garage eliminating

I don’t really leave reviews but Kelly deserves this. We have experienced a very stressful move and had multiple issues with other storage companies in the South Charlotte area. Kelly rolls out the red carpet and you can tell she truly cares. Very reasonable prices, immaculate brand new facility, the ability to pull your vehicle inside to stay out of the heat, and very well priced moving supplies. If you’re looking for storage in the area do yourself a favor and reach out and ask for Kelly. Kelly, if you see this…Thank You!
