Great facility, clean and easy to access. Unfortunately, they use a "promotional rate" to get your business and a couple of months later will increase your rental amount to a "fair market value." My rate increased 50% with zero warning. Incredibly frustrating, especially when it's not communicated nor advertised as a promotional rate.
