- DSDW StevensDec 25, 20253.0At first, I thought I was off to a wonderful experience at Liberty Wallpaper working with Ruth. She was incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time ensuring I found the perfect addition to my living room. The store's selection is truly exceptional. However, I am very disappointed with the final transaction. I provided the exact dimensions and diagram of my wall, relying on the store’s expertise to calculate the order. Unfortunately, I was oversold by a full double roll. Since I'm now being told after-the-fact that the paper is non-returnable due to a timing issue that was caused by the store incorrectly ordering my chosen SKU and delaying my installation while a 2nd corrected order was entered, I am stuck with $154 worth of unused product. While I love the wallpaper itself, I feel let down by both the over-calculation and the store's previously undisclosed-to-me policy to accept back the special order product caused by their own errors. I’d recommend the store for their variety, but I suggest double-checking the store's recommended measurements before ordering.

Following a renovation, we needed plantation shutters and shades and curtain hardware. They have a wide selection, came right away and got accurate measurements, installed everything on schedule. We did not even get other bids but I happened to check some pricing afterwards and their prices were much lower than what we would have gotten elsewhere. They are the best!
