I've had a great experience with this facility, and a big part of that is the manager, Steve. He has always answered my questions clearly and confidently, even when I asked detailed questions that most customers probably wouldn't think to ask.
What stands out most is his attention to detail and professionalism. Whenever there has been a gate issue or any facility-related concern, he's addressed it promptly and followed up to make sure it was being handled. He clearly takes pride in his work and stays on top of what needs to be done, which gives me confidence storing my belongings here.
One moment that really impressed me was when he noticed I had removed one of the locks from my unit and took the time to ask if I had done it intentionally. The fact that he remembered and noticed something that specific showed me how attentive he is to both the property and the customers.
Steve is the kind of employee every company hopes to have. He genuinely seems to enjoy what he does, and it shows in the quality of his work. As someone building my own business, he's exactly the type of person I would hope to hire and pay well one day—someone who serves customers with integrity, attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Extra Space Storage is fortunate to have him, and I hope they recognize the value he brings to their team.
