Jobs are not always thorough, communication skills are lacking, and be prepared for duplicate payments/payment requests. If you do decide to go with this company, be sure to document encounters well and always ask for & keep all receipts/ paperwork.

We had a sugar ant problem in our kitchen, and Apex came out to treat both the interior and exterior of our home. They were extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The ants were gone quickly, and the whole experience was smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommend Apex for anyone needing reliable pest control.

Our apartment complex sent Apex out for pest control. Gary documented our home as "unsanitary" and in need of a deep cleaning. During a follow-up visit, we asked him what led to that conclusion. He stated it was because of general clutter and open food. We immediately showed him that the food he referenced was sealed, not open, yet he gave no indication that he would correct or clarify his documentation. Before making serious statements about the condition of someone's home, the observations should be accurate. There is a significant difference between a cluttered pantry and an unsanitary home, and inaccurate documentation can have real consequences for tenants.
