- MWMesha Williams4 days ago1.0If I could give this company zero stars, I would I waited a week for my furniture to be delivered to the store I Got a call Thursday that my furniture will be delivered between 3 PM and 7 PM and that my husband would need to be home with his ID when furniture arrived we canceled plans to be home for when they would arrive after noticing that it was already 620 and we have not heard from them or the furniture wasn’t delivered I was told that furniture would not be delivered talked with Brad, the manager and Brandy, the accountant and was still told that they will not deliver my furniture I had to call to corporate and now I’m waiting for a call from the regional manager Brad and Brandy mostly Brandy needs to lose her job the poor communication and blatant disgusting disrespect and professionalism from this company I will be cancelling this order

They brought a used refrigerator that has several defects with a door that is not sealing properly and you can visually see the gap where it is not sealing. There are dents , scratches and visible damage to the appliance. I looked at the contact and the cost of the normal top / bottom refrigerator will cost over two thousand dollars to own. Terrible!!!!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
