- TBTaylor Bartlett3 days ago5.0We noticed our refrigerator was not cooling this morning. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to fit us in to their schedule to come take a look at everything. Our technician was great (I wish I remembered his name but younger guy with glasses, thank you!) He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly from what happened to what he was doing and was able to get our situation fixed, even with us being on a time crunch! This company has worked on our freezer, Dishwasher, and washing machine before. I highly recommend, We’ve always had a great experience!

I was quoted $235 for this repair in November held off on completing it. Reached out in July to have the repair done and when technician arrived asked if the quote would be similar and he said the new price is $360 (without ever looking at the unit). I totally understand price increases and expect them, but this jumped dramatically and technician wasn’t able to speak to it other than “our prices change monthly”. Unfortunately, the fix was urgent so went ahead with the repair, but I would be sure to ask transparent questions about pricing moving forward if I used this company again. I appreciate when a company explains cost increases due to parts, labor, inflation, etc. Dismissing my question was a bit off putting and leaves me hesitant to use them again.
