Andrey arrived punctually, quickly completed his troubleshooting, and repaired the dryer, which is now working well. - RBRob BatAug 21, 20261.0I had this company come to my home to repair me dishwasher and me ice maker on my refrigerator. The dishwasher wasn't draining. First of all the fee to walk in my door was 180 dollars. The first technician spent almost three hours finding the problem. That is 90 dollars and hour. He did replace a line on the refrigerator but broke my dispenser button on the water dispenser. He tells me he needs to order a part for the dishwasher and it would be a week. The next week a different technician came out that knew what he was doing and said there was a kink in the line of the drainage hose.( That's not what the other guy that took three hours to find anything said) The second guy repaired thr dishwasher and the water butt9n efficiently and in a timely manner. My total bill was almost 600 dollars. I felt ripped off because the three hours at 90 dollars per hour should not have been charged because the technician was incompetent. Unless I get a credit for 270 dollars I would not recommend this company at all.
