  I have been with this company since I purchased my home in 1997 (29 years) and have even recommended your company to others. I was very disappointed and upset to learn today that technicians are only available from 8am - 5pm during the week to assist you with your system problem. I explained i work and was not available until 5:30 pm and was told I would be charged double the rate if a technician was to come out after hours to work on my inoperable system. Wow! Don’t waste your hard earned money for poor quality services when their system is not operable. They are not willing to compromise with their customers at least once but want you to trust in your company. How can I?

  The installation went well except for the wireless units on my doors. The existing wireless contractors installed with double sided tape, so I thought the new ones would be installed the same way. I heard a drill and saw them installing them with screws, which voided my woreinty on my new doors ! I think they should have spend more time explaining how the system s tem works . I've had to have 2 sensors replaced so far on the new system. The beeping in the middle of the night was terrible, as I didn't know how to stop the beeping and had to call the alarm center.

  Rick the salesman came out and informed us about the system that was installed on our new to us house. And the installer came and did a professional job within a week for the install on the monitored smoke alarm.

  Beware if you need service. They installed new equipment this year and cannot provide timely service for an outage. Very disappointed with contacts made and information given when contacted,
