  The installation went well except for the wireless units on my doors. The existing wireless contractors installed with double sided tape, so I thought the new ones would be installed the same way. I heard a drill and saw them installing them with screws, which voided my woreinty on my new doors ! I think they should have spend more time explaining how the system s tem works . I've had to have 2 sensors replaced so far on the new system. The beeping in the middle of the night was terrible, as I didn't know how to stop the beeping and had to call the alarm center.

  Rick the salesman came out and informed us about the system that was installed on our new to us house. And the installer came and did a professional job within a week for the install on the monitored smoke alarm.

  Beware if you need service. They installed new equipment this year and cannot provide timely service for an outage. Very disappointed with contacts made and information given when contacted,

  Reactivated a system on our new home. The system had not been in service for several years and required upgrading. The technician, Chris, did a fantastic job of updating and installing additional monitors. On one occasion we had an issue afterwards and a single call resolved the issue. We appreciate the response and service and we are very pleased with the service.
