    Great experience — Just moved to the area from south Florida and was looking for a local company. Priority one security was highly recommended. Rick was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and installed everything we needed, but did not oversell. Love that our system is monitored locally with quick response times. Would highly recommend Priority One Security!

    Priority One Security has been one of the most unprofessional service experiences I’ve had as a business owner. They failed to notify me about contract renewal terms and continued billing me long after my contract was legally cancelled. My contract was officially terminated in March of last year, and I had already provided written notice not to renew in 2022. Somehow they “lost” the email and continued charging my account for over 10 months, totaling hundreds of dollars. When I disputed it, they refused to issue a refund for the unauthorized charges. The installation itself felt extremely DIY and unprofessional for a commercial security system. On top of that, their customer service was incompetent and disorganized — representatives had no understanding of my account history, couldn’t locate records, and made no real effort to investigate the issue or resolve it properly. As a business owner, I strongly advise other businesses to stay away from Priority One. There are far more professional, transparent, and reliable security companies out there that actually respect contracts, billing ethics, and customers.
