Purchased crown molding from Spartanburg and bought all they had. Then drove to Greenville location for more of the exact same product. After fighting to get it line up perfect, we realized the thickness was different at the different stores.
One made in Argentina, one made in the US. Now having to take them all down to check for the bad product that was thinner to return.
It’s crazy that all Lowe’s says in response is just return them and try again from all the same store and wait for more product if you get it all. Also stated on the phone that they can’t guarantee where the product is coming from just depends on what they’re getting from their shipment. So here’s hoping we don’t have the exact same problem getting stuff from the same store.
Ginormous waste of time, gas, glue, and nails. My dad had the exact same problem a few years back and I thought, “hey, maybe they’ve fixed the problem”. Nope. Should’ve just gone with Home Depot.

I was Lowe’s last weekend to look for a new dishwasher. I was helped by the most knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful employee. Her name was Marilyn. The dishwasher that we wanted wasn’t in stock and Marilyn took her time to look up other places that might have the dishwasher. Unfortunately we were unable to purchase one from her that day but her help and knowledge of the products did help my husband and I make a better informed decision on what to purchase. So if you’re needing any new home appliances please go to the Greenville Lowe’s and ask for Marilyn. She’s is amazing.
