  We had a FANTASTIC experience with Jeff Lynch today. After our 3-year-old Maytag washer (from Costco) bit the dust, and spending 2+ weeks with different repair companies trying to fix it, we were out of clean clothes. This morning, we walked into Jeff Lynch at 10AM, and Kylan helped us understand our different options. We knew we wanted a Speed Queen, and he helped us narrow it down to the specific model. We were out within 30 mins. We got our new washer delivered by 3PM the same day! Jorge and another gentleman (I forgot his name!) were fast, efficient, and kind with the delivery and installation. Jorge especially took the time to make sure the washer was properly hooked up and all the settings were working. While we waited for a few cycles to start, we had a great conversation about family and faith. (Jorge, if you see this, check out 1 Corinthians 1:28-31 and Philippians 4:4-7. Praying you continue to find peace and identity in Christ alone! 🙂) We will definitely be back to Jeff Lynch in the future!

  i got a new washer and dryer delivered today....the dryer door opened on the wrong side....i was the first delivery of the day...so as not to push late every delivery they had that day...Kevin asked if he could come back after 5 to make the door adjustment and stay on schedule...it wasn't an emergency for me so i said sure...Kevin and Rick came back to my house at 5:20 on a Friday and got me all fixed up for the weekend!...thanks guys for working late on a Friday...and staying on schedule for all your other deliveries today!...good job!

  Excellent shopping experience. We were looking for a new washer and dryer. We met with Bridget and Cas. They were very helpful and not pushy. Cas explained everything about the appliances and we were able to make a non-pressure decision. The two delivery men (Kevin & Rick) were very professional. They removed our old appliances and installed the news one very quickly. They cleaned up afterwards and left the place just as it was when they arrived,, except we have a new washer and dryer. We have been a loyal customer for many years, That will continue because of the great service we have experienced.

  Alex was great to deal with, and was very informative! I highly recommend working with him. On top of that the staff has/was always been welcoming and got me to where I needed to be or who I needed to talk to in a very timely manner. I cannot express how good of and experience I have had with working with everyone on staff, from delivery team to sales I have had a great experience. I highly recommend working with Alex, and if he isn’t available anyone of the staff can take care of your needs or is willing to take on the task of walking though the process of getting you what you want/need. I can’t speak more highly of a company or group of people to work with!

  We recently purchased five major kitchen appliances from Jeff Lynch Appliances. They arrived as scheduled in good condition. The delivery and installation crew, Kevin and Rick, did an outstanding job unloading, unpacking, and connecting the stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. They tested every appliances to be sure it operated properly.They hauled off the former appliances to be reused to help the community. When the job was completed Kevin and Rick left everything spotless from the installation. They took great care not to damage furniture or walls when transporting the appliances into the house. They put everything back into the proper place when they departed.Kevin and Rick were very professional and friendly in their job duties. I would recommend this delivery crew when you purchased appliances from Jeff Lynch. David Wilson who was the sale representative did an excellent job also.He made sure to answer all the questions we had and helped with the decision process on what appliances would be best for our home, We were extremely appreciative of his support. If you plan to replace or buy any appliance be sure to include Jeff Lynch Appliances in your choice to buy appliances. You will be satisfied with the customer service you receive.
