  Such a great experience with the sales and delivery team at Jeff Lynch! Jessica was very patient with us while we shopped with our toddler and made decisions. She was very informative and helped us narrow down our choices and pick out our fabric for our new living room pieces. Our delivery team was fantastic. They arrived promptly within their delivery window and were very nice. They took great care in removing the current furniture in our home and bringing the new furniture in. Their attention to detail was impressive! Thank you Jorge and James!

  We just moved to Greenville and every person we talked to recommended Jeff Lynch! We bought a house and needed all new appliances ASAP. Alex was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable and understanding of our budget. We had our appliances delivered and installed the next day! Our appliances were delivered by Patrick and Allen. They were awesome! They were on time and they were very detailed when installing our appliances. They were also overall just great guys to talk to! We will be joining the group of people who recommended Jeff Lynch!

  We had a great experience recently when our garage refrigerator went out and we needed something new. I was specific about wanting an entire refrigerator and an entire freezer we could set side by side and open a certain way. Kylan was so nice, easy to talk to, no pushy at all and got me exactly what I needed/wanted! Today they were installed and they are perfect! Our delivery team was also very nice, easy to talk to and top notch installation. Kevin and Rick arrived when they said they would, were efficient with time and told me everything I needed to know. They even switched the hinge for me on the unit that will be a freezer so the doors open as I wanted. All around great experience from Jeff Lynch.

  It's hard to imagine what other appliance companies in Greenville could offer that would beat Jeff Lynch. Amazing service at very competitive prices. We recently purchased a home with a tight laundry space, and I did what I usually do and ordered a washer through Costco. As the delivery date got closer, I had questions about the dimensions of my space, the venting, and a few other details. I tried speaking to someone at the warehouse, I tried the online chat, I read reviews, and I still wasn't sure the machine I ordered would actually fit. The reviews were the worst part. The install crews Costco sends out sound like they will do the absolute minimum, sticking strictly to the narrow scope they are trained on to avoid any risk. On top of that, delivery was 14 to 21 days out. So I went to Lowes. The floor team was much better, and we worked through the problems together, but when it came time to actually commit to a solution, they were quick to distance themselves and made clear the risk would sit with me. Contrast that with my experience at Jeff Lynch. I explained the situation and Lucas was immediately familiar with it and started problem solving on the spot. He took the time to look at my pictures, talked to the installers, and came up with a plan that involved an extra part that neither Lowes nor Costco was willing to touch. He even included the installation at no additional cost, and they found a way to schedule it for the next day. In less than an hour, I had handed my problem over to Jeff Lynch and they made it go away. And here is the kicker: when it came to the all-in price (parts, install, warranty), Jeff Lynch was either at or below the others. The install teams were great too. The first crew, Justin and Drew, were excellent. Justin even found a way to complete the install without using the extra part, which saved me money. An issue came up after they left, and Jeff Lynch moved quickly to resolve it, sending out a second great crew, Jorge and James, to help work through it. So I come back to the same question: why would anyone go anywhere else? Great service and competitive pricing feels like a no brainer.
