  I had a terrible experience with this business and would not recommend buying from them. I purchased a Ridgid pallet that was graded A/B and was specifically told that the tools had been tested and were working. That representation was completely inconsistent with what I actually received. Out of the four air compressors on the pallet, only one worked. Two wouldn't even power on, and the fourth had a significant air leak. To make matters worse, one of the tile saws had been switched out with a much older model than what should have been in the box. I understand that liquidation pallets are sold as-is and that there's always some risk involved. However, "as-is" is not the same as being misled. If a pallet is advertised as A/B grade and customers are told the tools have been tested and are working, those statements should be accurate. I contacted the owner and gave them an opportunity to address the issue before posting this review. Unfortunately, I received no response. That lack of customer service was just as disappointing as the condition of the merchandise. Based on my experience, I have no confidence that these items were actually tested as claimed. Buyers should be extremely cautious and assume they are purchasing completely untested merchandise, regardless of the grade or what they are told. I won't be doing business here again.

  Today's visit i saw fewer items than in the past. Overall I'd say they had more damage too.

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Wanted to make a purchase and was refused to be able to make this purchase for 'whatever' reason. Won't come back. This place doesn't honor their business or customers. They have ZERO customer service and ZERO respect for their patrons. To the owner, whomever you are, shame on yourself for being a poor business person that doesn't honor your word and business. They refused to honor their warranty even if they sold it to me. Wait, you refuse to sell me your product and also tell me you wouldn't honor the warranty if you did. How shady can we possibly be. I'd suggest people to pay full price at a reputable business instead of spending your hard earned money supporting a shady business, managed by shady leadership, and owned by a shady business person. The dude in the image was super cool though.
