  Today's visit i saw fewer items than in the past. Overall I'd say they had more damage too.

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Wanted to make a purchase and was refused to be able to make this purchase for 'whatever' reason. Won't come back. This place doesn't honor their business or customers. They have ZERO customer service and ZERO respect for their patrons. To the owner, whomever you are, shame on yourself for being a poor business person that doesn't honor your word and business. They refused to honor their warranty even if they sold it to me. Wait, you refuse to sell me your product and also tell me you wouldn't honor the warranty if you did. How shady can we possibly be. I'd suggest people to pay full price at a reputable business instead of spending your hard earned money supporting a shady business, managed by shady leadership, and owned by a shady business person. The dude in the image was super cool though.

  Laura is absolutely amazing! Customer service top tier! I went in not knowing what to look for as far as finding a refrigerator. She assisted me professionally and efficiently! Truly recommend this place!

  I would give zero stars if I could. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. We sent one of our employees to purchase materials, and the employee working behind the counter, Genesis, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Due to the issues that arose, I ultimately had to drive almost 45 minutes, with traffic, to the store myself just to complete the purchase. The manager, Laura, was not even at the store, so I had to speak with her over the phone. While I was there, Genesis attempted to call Laura from one phone, but her call was ignored. She then had to call from a second phone line just to get Laura to answer the regular phone. When I expressed my concerns about the way Genesis treated my employee, Laura immediately became confrontational instead of addressing the issue professionally. As a representative of a business purchasing materials, I requested a W9 form, which is a standard business request. Instead of simply providing the information or explaining their policy, they refused and even threatened to call the police. I calmly explained that if they felt the need to call the police, they could do so, as I was simply standing there attempting to pay for the materials while requesting information necessary for our business records. The situation only escalated from there. When I asked to speak with Laura's supervisor, she refused to provide his name and only stated that he would call me back, which never happened. To make matters worse, one of the other employees present agreed that my concerns were valid and acknowledged that the situation was not being handled appropriately. Professionalism, customer service, and basic respect were completely lacking throughout this entire experience. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company if this is how they choose to treat their customers.
