I am soon to be a former client of this company and location. I kept my unit here for about 10 years due to its proximity to my home. I've endured the multiple changes of ownership, the loss of 24/7 access and the multiple rate hikes. And while they have lowered it back down at least closer to what I was paying, this last hike of $70 was the last straw. It's clear they will never value my business. The only reason it's not a one star is due to what little good will I still have for the convenience of it all these years.
The actual units are fine, the staff over the years has been fine. I'm just tired of the greed.

As the company has replied, let me be clear: I've done that song and dance almost every year now for the past few. The increase they wanted now is literally nearly double what I'm now paying for the same size storage a legal 4 minute drive from this location.
No, I will not do that again this year or any year. You didn't value me enough to lock in any of the prior prices to retain my business, so clearly you don't require my business any longer.

I had the pleasure of working with Kristen. She was very kind and knowledgeable about transferring the storage locker from my mom to me. The process was smooth. When the lock I brought was too big she gave me one for free. I returned it because I no longer needed it after I moved my belongings out and closed the storage locker. If I ever need a storage locker again I’ll definitely use them again.
