Have used this storage unit for over a year now. Dealt with Kirsten originally and she was wonderful and very accommodating during such a stressful time. Popped in today and met Tim. He was very thorough and went out of his way to make sure we could extend our unit space for the most reasonable price. Thankful for how great these two are!

Rented a unit prior to needing it so I could lock in the 1st floor location. On the day before my move, I took my lock off for ease for when the movers would start filling it up. Imagine my surprise when I arrived the next day to find a zip tie on the lock and a sign saying it was ready to rent. Uhh, I paid for it already and it should NOT have been available to someone else. The manager tells me the assistant just saw an empty unit and so assumed it was available. Unbelievable.
