I have been storing personal property here in a Climate-Controlled 10 X 20 Unit for almost 3 years now! I have always found the On-Site Personnel to be been wonderful to work with…they are always professional, available (especially as in returning phone calls), friendly and always respond promptly to any requests or questions that I may have.
Sarah has been particularly polite, understanding and extremely helpful when I have had Billing Issues…such as need to switch to a different Card for my Monthly Billing…if a Card # of mine needs replaced due to loss or fraud perpetuated by scammers etc.
The facility is highly secured, monitored 24/7 and always clean and pleasant smelling. And…the Climate Control WORKS!
***Obviously…I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Storage Facility!!!
