Horrible customer experience! We purchased carpet from Lowe's and waited two weeks for installation. On installation today, the crew arrived with carpet that was clearly and extensively damaged during shipping. The damage was so obvious that it's hard to understand how it sat for two weeks without anyone inspecting it or notifying us.
What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of urgency and empathy from customer service. Instead of offering a clear resolution, I was told, "We'll get back to you in a week or so." After already waiting two weeks, that's simply unacceptable. We rearranged our schedules and prepared our home for installation, only to be left with more delays and no meaningful communication.
Quality control failed, communication failed, and customer service failed. I expected much better from a company of Lowe's size and reputation.

When I say the WORST customer service...believe me. Customer service representative tried to help me but was unable too...so she called for someone to come assist me. NO ONE ever came so I walked back to front.
Another associate came up and then she walked me back asking some of the other sales associate if they knew anything about plumbing.
There were 2 men that never acknowledge or volunteered to assist me or get someone to assist me. They were too involved with each other (blatantly ignoring me).
The associate finally got someone to assist me. He tried but was not able to assist me but Thank you Brent for trying.
Clearly customer service is not something this store cares about.
Big disappointment!
Training needs to be done on Customer Sevice ASAP!

I just left this Lowe's, and wow! I don't typically leave reviews—especially for large chain stores—but this experience absolutely deserved one.
The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean, well-organized, and fully stocked the store was. Everything was easy to find, and the entire place felt inviting.
What impressed me most, though, was the staff. We never once had to track someone down for help. Instead, as we walked through the store, employee after employee simply greeted us, asked if we were finding everything okay, or if we needed any assistance. I honestly lost count after five or six different team members.
It wasn't the forced, pushy, "used car salesman" type of customer service. It felt genuine—more like passing a friendly neighbor on an afternoon stroll. Every interaction was warm, natural, and welcoming.
Excellent customer service has become so uncommon that this experience really stood out. This team should be proud of the atmosphere they've created. Whatever you're doing at this Lowe's, keep doing it. It made shopping here a genuinely enjoyable experience.
My husband and I thought it was important to take rhe time to write this review as we genuinely enjoyed our shopping experience. Hopefully this helps make the employees and store management feel appreciated.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
