This place is the definition of bait and switch.
I signed up at the advertised rate of $84 per month, only to discover in the fine print that I had to pay four months in advance to qualify for that rate. Then, after the first month, my payment increased to $175 due to a “market rate adjustment”—despite the exact same unit being advertised on their website for $88 per month.
I had read the previous reviews and was aware that this appeared to be a common issue. Unfortunately, I assumed it wouldn’t happen to me. It did.
Now I’m left having to move all of my belongings again. I’m extremely disappointed and refuse to support a business that, in my experience, uses questionable pricing practices.
Do yourself a favor and read the fine print—and the reviews—before signing up.
