Just left there with my Mother in tears from a disrespectful staff member over safety glasses being incorrectly priced.
Item was incorrectly priced, chared 38$ for 14$ safety glasses that were dewalt brand but priced as Klein tools.
The cashier made me, limping with a bad knee, walk back across the store to take pictures on my personal phone for her to look at, and take my device from me to look through the photos.
Then, while trying to tell the manager/lead cashier what happened, she blatantly ignored me to the point my mother told me "to just not worry about it, she's not listening to you anyway". To which the lead decided to suddenly take interest saying loudly "I AM paying attention, I can do 2 things at once".
They refused to make it right, even with photos provided, and as simple as walking across the store to the aisle to look for themselves.
A simple exchange and price correction would have been perfectly fine, I understand stuff gets mislabeled, but that is not my fault, nor my responsibility to correct.

For the second time this month I ordered from Lowe’s on Freedom blvd in Florence only to have part of my order transferred to the other Lowe’s near Magnolia Mall. I live in Hannah… right beside 378! It takes me 30 minutes to get to Lowe’s on Freedom.. and around 50 minutes to get to the other one! I don’t WANT to drive 50-55 minutes to Lowe’s especially to get a $5 item! I didn’t get a text that my item wasn’t in my pickup but was in fact at the other Lowe’s until I was home from Florence. When I tried to cancel the item, the app wouldn’t let me. When I tried to have it returned, it wasn’t eligible. I called the Freedom Blvd store and spoke with a very rude woman who put me on hold and left me there. I called back and had the same woman transfer me to somebody else who put me on hold and left me there. I called the customer complaint line and they told me to call the store where the item was and gave me the number. The number they gave me was another number to the Freedom store. So I looked online and the number listed for the David H McLeod store was actually a number to Lowe’s in another state!! I’ve bought thousands of dollars worth of items from Lowe’s!! Anna I think it’s time to look elsewhere! Their websites are inaccurate, they transfer your order to other stores without your consent, if you can actually get a person on the 1-800# , they are in India or Pakistan or Vietnam and you can’t understand them but most of all , their employees in customer service are hateful! The nice guy who brought the rest of my order or was there only nice one!

I had ordered some appliances directly from the Lowe’s website. I was having a hard time dealing with customer service over the phone and via chat. They were not helpful at all. I tried for over a week and was getting no where and feeling hopeless.
I went into the store and spoke with one of the store the managers Jacob. He was so nice and helpful. He took great care of me and resolved my issues . I also worked with Stephen in appliances who was very thorough and knowledgeable. He helped me get the right appliances for my rental property. I will be shopping directly with them for all my renovations moving forward..

If I could give zero stars I would. Every single time I ask for help at this store no one ever comes. I’m fed up. I will drive the extra distance to get to Home Depot from now on, cause they actually want to help customers and make money. Home Depot should just take over the south Florence lowes!
