The showroom had a good variety of examples, so you can really see what the different colors & style look like in person. Joe was very helpful & knowledgeable. We just told him our wants / needs & he helped us choose the model that worked best for us. Not pushy at all, and the overall purchase process was painless. On install day, the crew was professional & punctual. First, they did the initial move & placement. Then, the electrician was able to easily route a new line to the exact spot. After the Tub was filled & powered up, Joe ran through the "water care plan" which was very helpful. All-in-all the install was done before the kids got home from school! We love the Hot Tub & highly recommend Revive (and Joe)!
