In a world where great customer service feels rare, Joe went above and beyond in every area — professionalism, communication, honesty, and quality of work. I had an ongoing spa service issue that multiple other companies attempted to fix. Not only did they fail to solve the problem, but I kept getting overcharged with no real answers. Joe stepped in, quickly identified the issue, fixed what no one else could, and even took the time to explain preventative solutions for the future. What stood out most was how friendly, trustworthy, and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire process. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and doing the job right the first time. If you need spa service, repair, or maintenance, I can’t recommend Revive Spas enough. Truly a 10-star experience. 👍🏼⭐️

Joe is amazing at describing every product he has. No pushy salesman environment at all! Joe was with us every step of the way. The electrician he uses is great and through keeping safety his 1st priority and fees are better than we expected. Joe was there for the fill up and gave us step by step detailed instructions on operation and and chemicals. I have never dealt with a more personable company.
