First of all I have never left a negative review of a company or person. However, I feel this review is needed. I bought a refrigerator and stove from Lowe’s of Easley because they could deliver them in two days. Our refrigerator was not working and Hendersonville Lowe’s was unable to deliver until 2 weeks. We were desperate. Our appliances were delivered June 15th. However, as requested the delivery team did not reverse the door and took the part needed to reverse the door with them. I contacted the appliance manager Brian Horton on Thursday morning June 18th. He was to call me back about ordering the part. He never returned my call. On Saturday I left a message with him. Not returned call. On Sunday we drove 2 hours total to see him. Brian insisted all the delivery team needed to do was switch the hinge on the door. Brian was very arrogant and did not apologize for not returning my calls. To make a long story short , after 3 attempts to get the delivery team to reverse the door on the refrigerator, fix the broken part of the door they left behind and did not tell us they broke it, we were done with Lowe’s of Easley, SC. . On July 3rd I talked to Alex Cowan at Lowe’s of Hendersonville, NC. about our dilemma. The good news Alex Cowan and his manager Shawn at Lowe’s of Hendersonville compensated us from our troubles and order us a new refrigerator. Their delivery was smooth and the delivery team reversed the door on the refrigerator without incident. Alex knows his appliances and is very customer service oriented. He returns calls and follows up with the order and the customer. Alex is a great communicator. This is something Brian Horton from Lowe’s of Easley needs to learn. I highly recommend Lowe’s of Hendersonville for your appliance needs!

Employee knew the exact aisle of the items we needed by memory. Store was very clean and well organized.
(Almost need a kiosk though to search where the item is located that people are looking for etc.)

Wow. This store is nasty.
I haven’t been in here in a while because I had a couple bad experiences. I’ve been going to HD.
Any-who, I’ve been coming here since they opened the doors. Probably thirty years.
I owned a construction company for 35 years.
I’m walking into the store and there is trash everywhere, that’s obviously been there a long time. The windows on the doors are covered with dirt, I could write my name.
The Lowe’s trash can sitting outside looked like it was the original, beat to death and nasty.
I start walking down isles and there is dirt everywhere and the one isle is missing things on the whole end of the isle.
I just can’t believe a company as big as Lowe’s would allow this to happen.
Do you not know about things like soap and water, and brooms and dust pans?
What a shame.
I use to love coming here.
