  They have items listed on their app, saying they’re in stock, when you go into the store, they’re not there because apparently they are season items because you only need seat cushions during one time of the year for patio furniture apparently even though they are five in stock. They tell me they don’t have any cushion at all after I waited in line behind two other people at customer service very, very frustrating

  One of the most common produces is at the very opposite corner of the building from the pro side. How stupid is that! Then after walking the whole store they don't have what I needed in the PVC fittings. Home depot was quick easy and a short walk. No more Lowe's of Easley for me. They have always sucked and still do. Maybe someone with a brain will look into this

  Lowe’s Easley SC 9/06/26 Buyer Beware My husband and I bought a refrigerator and dishwasher at Lowe’s this morning, and unfortunately, the experience turned into a complete nightmare. The sales associate in the appliance department told me that if I opened a Lowe’s credit card, I would receive 20% off my appliances, up to $300. Based on that information, we decided to purchase the appliances and open the credit card. When I got home, I looked over the bill and immediately felt like the total was much higher than it should have been. On top of that, I noticed that our delivery and installation dates had changed. When we left Lowe’s, everything was scheduled for one day, but by the time we got home, it had been changed to two separate dates. I tried calling Lowe’s three times, but no one would answer the phone, so I drove back to the store. They could see the scheduling issue in their system and changed it back to one day. I left and headed home, only to receive another email saying the delivery had been changed back to two separate days. So, on Labor Day, I had to make my third trip to Lowe’s to get this straightened out. The associate got a manager to come over and help. At that point, I decided to choose a different refrigerator and not purchase the dishwasher because the installation was going to require two separate days. I explained that I needed to rearrange my work schedule if we were going to move the delivery date from the 9th to the 10th, but I agreed to make it work. I picked out another refrigerator, and the manager offered to take 10% off because of the inconvenience of having to come back to the store three times. However, he then told me he could not honor the 20% up to $300 but only up to $100 discount I was originally promised for opening the Lowe’s credit card. His response was basically, “I can’t help that. I can’t do anything about it. The system isn’t allowing me to.” So after everything, I was simply told there was nothing he could do and, “Have a good day, ma’am.” Then I asked for a receipt showing that the original purchase had been refunded back to my credit card. He told me I would not receive a receipt. He printed something from his screen that showed zero quantity, but it was not an actual receipt or documentation of my refund. To make matters even worse, the employee standing there told me that the man helping me was the store manager. He immediately corrected her and said, “No, I’m the assistant manager.” Customer service employees should know who their store manager is, so I found that extremely unprofessional and misleading. After making three trips to Lowe’s, dealing with incorrect scheduling, changing my appliances, rearranging my work schedule, and then being told they couldn’t honor the discount I was promised, I am extremely disappointed. The Assistant Manager is sick with a cold and coughed in my face and told me he was sick!😡 I will never shop at Lowe’s again. The lack of communication, customer service, and accountability was unacceptable

  First of all I have never left a negative review of a company or person. However, I feel this review is needed. I bought a refrigerator and stove from Lowe’s of Easley because they could deliver them in two days. Our refrigerator was not working and Hendersonville Lowe’s was unable to deliver until 2 weeks. We were desperate. Our appliances were delivered June 15th. However, as requested the delivery team did not reverse the door and took the part needed to reverse the door with them. I contacted the appliance manager Brian Horton on Thursday morning June 18th. He was to call me back about ordering the part. He never returned my call. On Saturday I left a message with him. Not returned call. On Sunday we drove 2 hours total to see him. Brian insisted all the delivery team needed to do was switch the hinge on the door. Brian was very arrogant and did not apologize for not returning my calls. To make a long story short , after 3 attempts to get the delivery team to reverse the door on the refrigerator, fix the broken part of the door they left behind and did not tell us they broke it, we were done with Lowe’s of Easley, SC. . On July 3rd I talked to Alex Cowan at Lowe’s of Hendersonville, NC. about our dilemma. The good news Alex Cowan and his manager Shawn at Lowe’s of Hendersonville compensated us from our troubles and order us a new refrigerator. Their delivery was smooth and the delivery team reversed the door on the refrigerator without incident. Alex knows his appliances and is very customer service oriented. He returns calls and follows up with the order and the customer. Alex is a great communicator. This is something Brian Horton from Lowe’s of Easley needs to learn. I highly recommend Lowe’s of Hendersonville for your appliance needs!
