I was disappointed with the installation process. We purchased a new toilet from this location and purchased the installation, we were told the installation would occur within three days. Instead, we received a text message with a tentative appointment a month out.
I tried to reach someone at Lowes for assistance, but waited on hold and unable to speak to a manager despite multiple calls. The lack of communication has been very frustrating

We came in May and made a large purchase of 5 appliances. Jhamari helped us and he was very knowledgeable, quick yet thorough and always had a smile on his face. Such a joy to work with!
Today all our appliances were delivered and that service was just as fabulous! Sweet young men Leyan Martinez & Jhonny Ramirez installed all the appliances and were very thorough as well. They made sure everything worked and removed all the trash. THANK YOU LOWES…such a fabulous experience from beginning to the end!

Guy's just feel like canceling people's orders on your end cuz of "fraud" I called my credit card company my card is cleared it's on your end so low's home improvement randomly likes to label people. I've showed lows back in ny & now in sc this is the first time my order's been canceled i would love to get a phone call and an apology from corporate

Poor customer service. Went to purchase an item at the store and found the item on Lowe’s web site for 20.00 dollars cheaper and the customer service associate stated that they couldn't match the on line price and I would have to order off line to get it for that price. When they had the product in the store no common sense what so ever. Order other items off line and had to wait to pick up the item for over 5 minutes. This store is poorly run in my opinion. Home Depot will get my business for know on.

I was looking to order bricks, and on their website they have a brick in stock at $0.58 cent. But, inside of the store they didn't even have a small showing of this price, but only had a brick price of $0.88 cent.
When I went to find someone to help me, the employees were very few and far between, unrecognizable and weren't seeking to bridge the gap between a confused or knowledge-seeking customer, with a, "Can I help you with something?"
I went to find this random employee sitting behind a desk at the windows/doors area, and he called over the intercom for customer assistance in the masonry department.
No one showed up, and I just felt lost, based on information that was presented on the website.
Anyway. Terrible experience. Just know that you're probably going to have to go maze-running to find an employee to assist you.
