I was having trouble finding an item and the manager (marky) was so helpful and so nice, when she couldn't find it the other manager (Melissa) helped out and we eventually found what I was looking for and so much more! I enjoyed the time spent with these wonderful ladies and I look forward to shopping here always! Keep up the great CS!
- JCJeremy CMay 30, 20261.0I like the products World Market carries, but between the lack of inventory, damaged merchandise, and consistently poor customer service, shopping here has been far more frustrating than it should be. I don't understand the point of displaying furniture, rugs, and tables throughout the store when virtually none of them are actually available for purchase. Customers should be able to walk into a store, find something they like, and buy it without having to special order nearly every item on display.

We were still shopping when they closed, but they didn't announce it was closing, and then didn't allow us to check out. Important to note that the two associates in front were beyond apologetic and nice, but the manager was very rude in how she talked to us, which didn't seem necessary
