Ms. Paula at the front desk is truly one of the sweetest and most helpful people I have ever met. She is extremely prompt, thorough in her communication, and always takes the time to listen with the intention of truly understanding—not simply responding. From the moment you walk through the door, she welcomes you with open arms and makes you feel genuinely valued. Her care for the facility is evident not only in its presentation, but also in the way she treats every person in the building—whether they are renting an office or a storage unit. She is so dedicated and attentive that you would honestly think she owned the place herself! Ms. Paula is a wonderful representation of the business, and I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and support she consistently provides. She truly goes above and beyond, and deserves to be recognized!
