Asked about 200 times if they are gonna load and kept having to run around because associates want you to play telephone with the whole store and pass the responsibility off to someone else. - EEelisha1973May 10, 20261.0Terrible service. Used broken items placed back on shelves for someone like myself to purchase, take home and then find out. Their broken product (VACUUM CLEANER) was taken back witin the hour. The money was not refunded immediately when cash could have been offered or my card could have been inserted back into their machine and I enter my PIN #, to get my refund immediately, it was not a Credit Card, so why not? If you do curbside pick up, they tell you to come into the store. Employee's duck into isle's and dissappear rather than help customers. Coming into the store after an online curbside pick up may not be an inconvenience for some but it is for me because I am disabled. My advice would be to chose a different Lowe's to do business. The 3.9 rating is not by accident trust me, I have had several issues doing business at this location and it does not happen at other locations. Sometimes neighborhood convenience, will inconvenience you. Go here if you have time to waste and are not concerned about getting what you think your paying for. "WHO PUTS A USED BROKEN VACUUM BACK ON THE SHELF, RESTRAP'S THE BOX AND SELLS IT AS NEW?, CROOKS DO, THAT'S WHO". It still had debris in it from the last person who used it and a broken retractable cord. This ain't New York bud this is South Carolina.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
