    Today @ 14:26 (2:26 PM) My Worst Shopping Experience HERE EVER TODAY! I've shopped here for Over 10+ Years Now. MY TOTAL YEARS at other Stores is over 20+ Years, THAT ALL ENDS TODAY! I was Approached by a, I assume store "Security". As he DID NOT IDENTIFY HIMSELF. White, Tall Gray Haired "Security".? Unprofessional. NO "ZERO" FACT BASES OF ANY KIND. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. WRONGFULLY "BULLIED & INTIMATED"! EVEN TRIED TO INTEMADATE ME! INDICATING HE WOULD, IN HIS WORDS, "TAKE ME TO A PLACE I WOULD NOT LIKE TO GO TO AND TALK". "ALL" WRONGFUL ALLIGATIONS, JUST SIMPLE BULLYING. HOME DEPOT, HERE I COME as Your New Customer 😁

    I stopped by my local Lowe’s this evening just 10 minutes before 8 P.m. Which I knowingly was 10 minutes before closing time on Sunday. I wasn’t aware they close earlier on Sundays. An employee asked if I needed help finding anything. I politely told him I was good and could grab what I needed quickly. Without any further interaction, he then yelled across three aisles that the store was closed. The tone was unnecessarily aggressive and loud, especially for someone who was only a minute late and trying to make a quick purchase. I immediately left without buying the items I needed. A simple polite reminder would have been sufficient. Disappointing experience and it left a bad impression of the store.

    Staff was no where to be found ended up fishing my own roll of wire up and out of the cage they lock it all in only to receive a dirty look as I walked passed the employee heading to the check out after hitting the call button 6 different times and waiting 20 minutes if there gonna cage and chain up their merchandise atleast have some closer than 20 minutes away to open the gate so people can buy it it's no wonder people are stealing the stuff and they gotta cage it in some people do not get paid to go get material mabey that's there way of seeing that their compinsated for the hours in total after a month or two of time extra they are forced to stand and stare at the merchandise waiting on an employee with a key or that has the combination to the lock for the door of the cage holding what we need to purchase. That cage doesn't even secure the merchandise 100 percent as I was able to slowly walk what I needed up and out of the cage well before an employee showed up I was nearly to checkout by the time someone pulled themselves away from their conversation Long enough to walk over and open the cage

    My husband rented a truck the tire light went on and had to stop and fill up tires. When brought it to the attention of staff they wouldn’t even reimburse the money for the air. I’ll be calling corporate. They also had no clue on pricing when we rented said we will find out when we bring it back if it’s over 90 mins. They didn’t know. Poor management at its finest.

    Rodney came right up and asked me if I needed any help.. I live on the other side of columbia. I was in the area. So I just figured I'll stop in here, get what I need. To my surprise, i got more help within five seconds.Then, I ever have on the northeast side. I seriously am going to come here from now on.. a little bit more gas. But honestly, save time with the helpful employee.. and leave with mental health... 🥴
