They were holding a pump for me in one of the Columbia South Carolina stores.However, when I get there\nNine a m sharp , it's only a half horsepower , instead of the one point five I asked for on monday. The sad thing is, I work in Augusta, Georgia, and both these stores there do not have the 56J 1.5 I need, so I called Atlanta, they have it .And will send one in about a week. It is not any wonder why the stock price of Leslie's is less than $2. Oh , and i'm sure I spend about twenty thousand dollars there a year. NOT VERY HAPPY

The next day I was in the store and they refused to sell it to me, even though it was in stock, because they didnt have an order in their system. I provided my order number and confirmation, but was still advised to return home and wait. The next day I called to ask about my order and waz greeted woth "I told you its not in my system and therez nothing I can do." I asked for a manger 5 times and was told "they will just tell you the same thing" in response each time. Horrible customer service. If I could give negative stats I would.
