I had an emergency situation. Their employee, Tameika, stepped up to the plate with a level of excellence that is very unexpected and sincerely appreciated. She ensured that everything was handled, through a sea of challenges. Since today was a busy weekend, she had to prioritize and handle my needs with a lot of other things going on. She didn’t stop until we confirmed that my rental was complete and my needs were met. She was fabulous. As a retired manager, I have dealt with hundreds of employees over the years. I hope she is recognized for her knowledge and skills. She deserves a raise and a promotion. If I were looking for good people, I would hire her without hesitation.

Extremely unprofessional. I came to get some help changing over my storage unit,which they were eventually able to do and I'm grateful for! Afterwards, the lady (I didn't get a chance to catch her name) basically cornered me and wouldn't let me go until I had left a five star google review. I did it because I was just in shock this was happening to me but am now able to come back and change it. People should not have to leave reviews under duress.
