I was recommended by my sister who recently was a customer of y'all. This is the first time renting a storage here in Columbia, best service ever management and the young lady I spoke to when the office was closed was all helpful. When I pulled up my storage was clean, and ready with locks inside waiting for me. While I was unloading Mrs. Kelly checked on us and even offered water. Which I think was so pleasant of her. She made us feel safe and secure. I’ll definitely recommend this storage to anyone looking for a decent place and great customer service. This is beyond 10 stars ⭐️ I rate 1000/1000 😊
