Renting online was so easy! No need to wait until the office was open. On a Sunday afternoon, In 10 min we had our gate key, found our unit and was unloading our truck. It even comes with a lock. Everything you need, hassle free.

Bri was amazing. Definitely made my experience better based off the customer service and attention to detail. Her knowledge of the policy was amazing and helped me make a decision fast while I was on the fence. The storage space is clean and always safe. The prices are competitive.
If you are thinking of coming here you would be happy with the service. Besides the amazing service by Bri and her previous co workers. I will point out one thing. They do raise the price after a few months so be aware so you're not blindsided. I would recommend to corporate to exercise loced in prices for maybe a yr or even longer for long term customers. It rubbed me the wrong way but Bri stepped up and handled it with professionalism. Even with the raise price it was STILL competitive. Thank you.
