  So far so good. Very friendly and professional at the introduction time. We made the switch. They came out the next day for the first treatment. On time and again very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

  Andrew (AJ) came to us, extremely knowledgeable about pests in the area and a real solid understanding of how Aptive would approach our home. We were concerned about pesticides, and he reassured us of the natural ingredients used. He was extremely easy to talk to, not pushy at all, and really took the time to understand what we needed and what was important to us. Willy came shortly thereafter and took care of the initial treatment. He too was extremely nice and professional. I'd highly recommend Aptive Pest control!

  It’s overpriced and they lock you down with a 1-year contract. They say they’ll come at least once per quarter or more depending on the season, but they won’t come unless you call and set up an appointment. And when you do call, you’ll go to a horrible AI answering machine that will transfer you to someone in another country that you’ll struggle to understand. Once you have someone show up for an appointment, they’re professional, but the service is over priced for what you get. Go with Clear Defense.

  When I was presented with a service the young man told me that the separate structure in my backyard would be sprayed on the inside as well as the backyard because it's all inside of the backyard. Also that I would get feedback in regards to a possible wasp hive in my backyard.. the technicians didn't text and or call to let me know that they were done and told me exactly what they did.. so at this point I'm not sure if the service that I have paid for is even complete or it was even done. Now I'm stuck in a contract for 12 months with the company that can't even keep their word.

  Had The Pest Professionals come out for a termite issue, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. Tim, the owner, was hands-on and made sure I understood exactly what was going on from the start. You can tell he takes his business seriously and actually cares about doing the job right. They were on time, thorough with the inspection, and explained the treatment plan in a way that made sense. No pressure, no confusion—just straight-up honest work. Since the treatment, I’ve had peace of mind knowing the problem was handled properly. If you’re dealing with termites, I highly recommend Tim and The Pest Professionals
