Raise the rent after two months like all the others mine went up by 30 percent stay away, oh they claim it's adjusted for market conditions this facility is maybe half rented out so there is no demand in this facility typical cash grab, If the rate increase is for demand I would assume my rent should of went down?

Although we haven't moved into our storage unit yet, the experience of arranging everything for our long-distance move has been excellent. Adria at Trunkspace on Folly Road has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. She went out of her way to help expedite the arrangements and made what can be a complicated and stressful process much easier. Her assistance and willingness to help have been very much appreciated. We're very pleased with the experience so far and look forward to using Trunkspace.

Trunk Storage is an exceptional storage facility with an exceptional manager, Andria! She knows everything about making your storage rental a smooth process. She went above and beyond for me! Andria should be employee of the YEAR!! Thank you!!
